Day 00 :	MUMBAI TO VIETNAM
	Assemble at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport to board the flight for VIETNAM.

Day 01 :

HANOI ARRIVAL - SAPA

Welcome to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a local tour guide and transferred to Sapa. It takes about 8 hours of driving. Nestled in a valley surrounded by lush mountains, Cat Cat Village is home to the Hmong ethnic group who have lived here for generations. Coming here, you can see traditional stilt houses, experience the local culture and marvel at the stunning scenery. The charm of this village will definitely give you unforgettable memories. The night market in Sapa offers an incredible experience in Vietnam's northern city. Sapa culture is a huge topic of interest in Vietnam travel for good reasons, including the unique culinary scene, meticulous handicrafts and the lovely hospitality of the locals. Opening hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4pm to 10pm. Overnight stay at Sapa.

Day 02 :

SAPA - FANSIPAN PEAK

Breakfast at hotel. Today we visit: Fansipan Cable Car Station for an amazing ride to the �the Roof of Indochina�- the highest mountain Fansipan - 3143 meter above sea level. First by 20 min Cable Car ride to 2800m level where huge Buddha Statue located & then by Funicular (equals to ~600 steps) to the Peak of Fansipan. Enjoy the fresh air and incredibly beautiful Landscape from the high. Overnight stay at Sapa.

Day 03 :

SAPA - DRIVE TO HANOI - HANOI CITY TOUR

Transfer to Hanoi ~5 hours driving. Upon arrival in Hanoi, visit Ho Chi Minh Complex - one of the most historic tourist attractions in Vietnam. By going there, travelers can learn many things about Uncle Ho's life, as well as the Vietnamese liberation process led by him. This complex includes: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum (view from outside only), Ba Dinh Square, Uncle Ho Stilt House, One Pillar Pagoda. Tran Quoc Pagoda. In the evening we enjoy a Musical Water Puppet Show - an ancient art form of Vietnamese orchestra performed by puppets in a pool of water which provides authentic Vietnamese experience. Overnight stay at Hanoi.

Day 04 :

HANOI - HA LONG / OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE

After breakfast, drive to Halong Bay (160 km / 3 Hrs). Upon arrival in Halong, we check in for an overnight cruise to explore the stunning beauty of this "descending-dragon" bay formed by thousands of oddly shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After lunch on the ship, we can visit the grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking (at our own expense), sail past the floating houses and approach the islands to enjoy their beauty up close. Back to the cruise; enjoy a cooking demonstration before having dinner. In the evening, participate in boat activities or relax as you please. Overnight on the cruise. ( Note :- Cruise schedule in Ha Long Bay may vary slightly depending on your chosen cruise and season. & Only local food available on the boat, because on cruise don’t have Indian chef. ( VEGETARIAN & JAIN FOOD options are available. ).

Day 05 :

HA LONG - HANOI - FLIGHT TO DA NANG

Early risers can enjoy the spectacular and serene view of the bay at dawn. Breathe in the fresh sea air, feel the morning breeze and listen to the sound of birds above. Have breakfast and visit the human head shaped island and turtle island. Continue to cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay and discover the bay of "The Little Dragon Bowing to His Mother", as it is named. Check out and have lunch on board while going to the shore. Disembark and head back to Hanoi Airport for flight to Danang. Upon arrival, will be greeted by our guide and transferred to hotel for check in. Overnight stay at Da Nang.

Day 06 :

DANANG - BA NA HILL - DANANG

Breakfast at hotel. Morning transfer to Ba Na Hill, one of the most spectacular landscapes of Da Nang city. You will go by cable car to the top of the mountain (at an altitude of 1487 meters above sea level). Start the trip to Ba Na Hill with many different attractions: Funicular, Debe Ancient Wine Cellar and Le Jardin d'Amour, Linh Ung Pagoda, Buddhist statue of Thich, etc. This afternoon you will continue to join activities and games in Fantasy Park. Later go to the top of the mountain at an altitude of 1487m - the highest peak of Ba Na Mountain, visit Bell Tower, Nghin Phong Tower and Golden Bridge, take beautiful photos of the mountain and Da Nang city. Late afternoon, take the cable car back to the foothills. Go back to your hotel. Spend time relaxing. Overnight stay in Da Nang. (Please note: Wax Museum, Cotton Animal Game and Carnival Skill in Fantasy Park are not included in our tour cost, you have to pay for attending them yourself.)

Day 07 :

DA NANG - MARBLE MOUNTAIN - HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN

After Breakfast, enjoy a half-day city tour in Da Nang: Linh Ung Pagoda is located on the Son Tra Peninsula, 639 meters above sea level and 10 kilometers northeast of Da Nang city center. The pagoda faces the peninsula, and overlooks the East Sea. The most prominent feature of Linh Ung Pagoda is the Lady Buddha statue, which is the tallest in Vietnam with a height of 67 meters, which is equivalent to a 30-story building. The statue is placed on a lotus-shaped foundation with a diameter of 35 meters. Inside the statue is a 17-meter-wide area consisting of 17 floors. It is a group of five limestone mountains with a harmonious beauty of ecological areas and spiritual and cultural life. Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village: Tourists will not be able to resist the exquisite sculptures made of stone. Late afternoon, visit Hoi An Ancient Town - a world cultural heritage. It is a living museum of cosmopolitan building design and urban lifestyle. From the 15th to the 20th century, Hoi An was an exclusive trading port between European and Asian merchants. Discover Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien communal house, Tan Kee traditional house, museum, handicraftsman at work. Free time for shopping in Hoi An. Back to your hotel in Danang. Overnight stay at Da Nang.

Day 08 :

DANANG -TO SAIGON ( Ho Chi Minh ) BY FLIGHT & CITY TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Transfer to the airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh or a place called Saigon. Upon arrival, meet our local guide and transfer to the city center. Lunch at Indian restaurant After lunch, we will visit the Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica (outdoors due to construction), a neo-Roman cathedral built by the colonial French entirely from materials imported from Marseille, and the Saigon Central Post Office, designed and built by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel in the early 20th century. Pass by classic European-style landmarks such as the ornate City Hall (Hotel de Ville), the old Opera House (both can only be seen from the outside), and take a picture of the Reunification Palace from the outside. We will then visit the central Ben Thanh Market Overnight stay at Saigon. Overnight stay at Saigon.

Day 09 :

SAIGON - CU CHI - TUNNEL

After breakfast, we will visit the Cu Chi Tunnels - a network of more than 200 kilometers of tunnels made famous when they played a key role in the war. In their heyday, the tunnels served as underground cities with many trap doors, purpose-built living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. After a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were built, we are invited to enter a section of the tunnels to see the secrets of the tunnels firsthand. Our guide will also show us various spells used in this period, the remains of an American tank and several B52 bomb craters. There is also the opportunity to shoot an M60, M16 or AK47 rifle at the range located next to the tunnel complex (bullets can be purchased on the spot). Return to Saigon for lunch at an Indian restaurant, the rest of the day you can have fun for yourself. Dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 10 :	SAIGON - DEPARTURE FOR HOME
	Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisure until check out time and transfer to the airport (no guide) for the departure flight back to your sweet home.

TERMS & CONDITION FOR DOMESTIC TOURS

General Rules :

Tourist can enroll His / Her / their name(s) for the Tour by paying a deposit (non-refundable) of INR 2500/- per person For booking of any class in train and / or by air, additional difference amount is required. The difference should also be paid in advance. The balance amount should be paid 15 days prior to the date of departure. If the balance amount is not paid before 15 days, it will be deemed as cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel the Tour, alter the routes, carriers, time-tables, itinerary and accommodation without prior notice.

Tourist travels at their own risk. Neither the Tour operator nor their representatives or staff accept any liabilities or responsibilities for any damage, loss, injury, accident, death etc, during the Tour howsoever it might have caused.

Any increase in Air / Bus Fares should be borne by the passenger only.

The management reserves the right to take all necessary steps including suspending the passengers who creates trouble for the management or to the other fellow passengers.

If due to any reason beyond our control like riots, accidents, flood, political unrest, bandh calls or any natural, or man made calamities, the Tour programme needs to be changed or extended, then the additional expenditure for the same will be borne by the passengers. If any passenger has to leave the Tour mid way due to any reason, then there shall be no refund for the remaining part of the Tour and the expenses for returning back shall also be borne by the passengers only.

If due to any reason beyond our control, we have to cancel some sight seeing places, there shall be no refund for the same. If a Tour is cancelled from our part then the cost and responsibility of organising the new Tour will be of passengers only.

Any complain regarding our services like Hotels, Bus, etc, passengers are advised to inform our office immediately by Phone / Fax so that the same can be re-addressed on the spot, no complains or refund for the same be entertained after completion of the Tour.

Any dispute / claims subject to Thane Jurisdiction.

Any change / additional Govt. Service tax levied must born by the passengers.

Timings mentioned in the itinerary for the Bus / Flight journey are estimated only. There are frequent chances of delay in arrival / departure at destination due to various reasons.

Railway Arrangements :

The charges shown in each program do not include any kind of railways fare of either side. Tourists are required to arrange the railway tickets by them selves. The company is not responsible for any problem/s regarding railways Tickets.
It is necessary to book at least 60 days in advance before the schedule departure of the Tour. We do not accept any responsibilities and liabilities for the railway tickets of the passengers who book with us for less than 60 days from the scheduled departure of the train. If we have to make any alternate arrangement, then the extra cost of making alternate arrangement should be borne by the passengers only.
If a train is missed for any reason/s or a train is cancelled by the railway authorities, in such cases whatsover alternate arrangements made by the Tour manager will be abide to every Tourist and if any extra amount for making such arrangements is to be paid the same will have to be borne by the Tourist.
Berth Nos. & Coach Nos. of Railway Tickets are allotted by the computer and therefore passengers have to accept as they are given.
Every Tourist joining the Tour is requested to keep with him the photo ID proofs of Indian Nationality such as Driving License, Passport, Election / Income tax PAN Card, Post Identity Card etc. during the Tour.

Date of Departure and the duration of the Tour program is mentioned from Mumbai in this literature to facilitate the Tourists to arrange their railway/Air tickets for the Tour journey.

Transport Arrangements :

The company will arrange the Non A/C vehicle arrangements to visit the places of sight seeing for one time only.
No arrangements of vehicle will be made again if the Darshan or the entry time of the visiting place is closed, road blockage or for any reason so far.
Tourist will have to go by walk to the places nearby of the stay of our hotel and to the place where our bus can not reach. If the Tourist desire to go there by any other vehicle, he / she will have to arrange at their own cost.
For child independent seat booked will only be provided a separate seat in bus journey

Food Arrangement :

Morning tea / coffee with breakfast Lunch & Dinner will be served as per convenience during the bus journey. Sweet dish will be served thrice in week. Plates for serving food will be arranged by the company and will be washed and cleaned by the company staff.

The company will not arrange a tea / coffee, lunch or dinner during the Train / Air journey.
Breakfast, Tea, Lunch Dinner will not be provided in the hotel room.
Milk powder is being used for the preparation of tea / coffee. and Any Milk Item.
Evening Tea / Coffee not provide during the journey.

Stay Accommodations :

We have published the names of the Hotels for each Tour, even though we reserve the right to change the same, if the accommodation is not available in the Identified / Specified Hotel for the particular package Tour due to reasons beyond our control. We shall make all our best efforts to shift the passengers to the Hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standards. No refund will be allowed when we have provided alternative / similar accommodation. The rooms shall be allotted as per the check-in time of the respective Hotels, and they shall have to be vacated as per the check-out time of the Hotel.
Night stay accommodations will be arranged in good hotel and attached toilet bath, Double bed Non A/C room will be provided between two full tickets.
Family consisting of more than two members will be provided an extra mattresses in their room. For child independent seat booked will only be provided a separate seat in bus journey and separate mattress in the room. Hotel rooms are not very big so maximum one extra bed will be arranged in room.
Breakfast, Tea, Lunch Dinner will not be provided in the hotel room.
In Bedri Kedar, Gangotri, Yamunotri, regular Tour, room will be provided between Two / Three / Four passengers will be accommodated in a room.
Washing of clothes in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited.
Tourists will have to use their own towel / soap etc. in hotel rooms.
Double Bed Room will be arranged among 4/5 members during the short stay required for bath and fresh up.
Hotel rooms are booked in advance. As such the same will be provided and vacated as per check in and check out time of the Hotel. Members will have to co-operate accordingly. In case of provision of less number of Rooms by the Hotel management due to any reason, Rooms will be arranged in other Hotel and the members will have to accommodate themselves accordingly and will have to co-operate. No kind of refund will be given by the Tour operator. For any reason if the arrangements of stay are made at the place other than the actually booked, the members will have to accept such arrangements and no kind of any refund will be made by the Tour operator.

During sight seeing we will take the vehicle to certain limit or to the permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers only.
We are not liable for any kind of refund for any damage caused by any disturbance such as riots, accidents, floods, cyclones, rains, landslides, political unrest, shutdown of India, or any natural or man-made disaster. In any situation if a passenger needs to leave a Tour package midway then no refunds would be given. Any passenger who does provoking activities in the Tour and disturbs the management of the Tour will be excluded from the Tour and no refund would be given for the same.

The seats in the bus are allotted on First come First Serve basis at the time of booking of the tour.

Shree Kanaiya Travels acts as a representative of the passenger to apply Visa on his behalf with all the relevant documents as per the rules of the respective consulates. It is the passenger responsibility to comply with all the requirements of the respective consulates and obtain the Visa. We will not be responsible or liable for any additional expenses incurred due to non - availability of Visa, error in dates of Visa granted or scanned photograph on the Visa. In case of refusal of Visa all cancellation charges will be applicable including the non - refundable booking amount.
