Welcome to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. Upon arrival, greeted by the local tour guide and transfer to downtown. Check in your hotel. Afternoon, visit Ba Dinh Square � the biggest square in Hanoi where all the biggest cultural, political events of the cities, especially demonstrations, take place. Start our visit at the Complex of Ho Chi Minh including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (from outside only as it closes in the afternoon), Ho Chi Minh�s house-on-stilts, his fish pond and the One-Pillar Pagoda. Then, the Temple of Literature which is considered as the first university of Vietnam. Later, we have an overall view of the capital by cyclo in 1 hour, which wanders around the Old Quarter of Hanoi and the Hoan Kiem Lake (the �Sword� Lake). From here wandering on the narrow streets of the Old Quarter to experience the daily life of the local people. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi. Night activities suggestion: enjoy local beer at Ta Hien Streets, experience the ambience of sleepless street with life music, the young people of Hanoi and also foreign tourists. HANOI - NINH BINH - HOA LU - TAM COC - SIC TOUR |

Have breakfast at hotel. A 90km driving south of Hanoi will lead you to Ninh Binh, the site of the one capital city of ancient Vietnam before Hanoi took its leading role in 11th century. The area is featured by lots of well-known sceneries, which include Tam Coc Caves and Hoa Lu ancient capital with the old temples dedicated to King Dinh & King Le reigned in 10th century. The visit in Ninh Binh starts by a boat trip in Tam Coc where spectacular limestone karsts jut out from the green paddy fields reminding about Guilin (China) and Halong Bay of Vietnam, which gives this scenery the name �Halong-bay-on-land�. Lunch at local restaurant. Further discovery in Ninh Binh will be continued by visiting Bich Dong Pagoda. Afternoon drive back Hanoi, on the way, stop to visit Hoa Lu, the site that used to be the kings� palace in 10th century and now famous for the wooden relieves of the shady Dinh and Le temples. HANOI - HALONG - OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE - SHUTTLE BUS |

Breakfast at hotel then check out. At 9am, head East for 3 hours driving to Halong Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as designated by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006. The road will pass by the Red River delta with green paddyfields and rural villages, where hard-work farmers are busy with their farming jobs, ploughing buffaloes or planting seedling. Upon arrival in Halong, check in the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this �Descending-dragon� bay, created by thousands odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After a lunch on board, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking, passing floating houses and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close distance. Back to the cruise, enjoy cooking demonstration before having dinner. Evening attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure. Overnight on the cruise. |

You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the ''East Sea'' by a point-oriented name ''Eastern Sea'', so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman�s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise coming back the pier. HANOI - SAIGON - CITY TOUR |

Breakfast at hotel then check out. Transfer (no guide) to the airport to take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City, also called as Saigon, the most dynamic city in Vietnam. Upon arrival, welcomed by the local tour guide and transfer to the down town. Check in your hotel (normal check in time is 2pm). Start city tour at the War Remnants Museum, one of the most famous historical attractions in Saigon. Coming to the War Remnants Museum, you can learn a part of how Vietnamese had struggled and fought for their independence, freedome, and peace of the nation and the locals' perspective of the Vietnam War. The exhibits, such as weapons, ducuments, and photographs, display in the museum are firm evidence of war crimes in Vietnam and speak for the heroic actions of the former Vietnamese generation. We then visit the Reunification Palace, the witness of the fierce Vietnam War ended in 1975. The grand building today is a Museum and Hall of official receptions. Nearby the Palace are the Notre Dame Cathedral (view from outside only), built between 1877 and 1883 and colonial-styled Central Post Office, one of the city�s major landmarks. Late afternoon, visit Ben Thanh market, a symbol of Saigon. Have shopping time there. Overnight in Saigon. |

SAIGON - CU CHI TUNNELS |

Breakfast at hotel. Morning drive to Cu Chi Tunnels � the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. After a short introduction video showing how the tunnels were constructed, you will have a chance to crawl into a short section of the tunnels to feel the oppressive narrowness and heat inside. After lunch (owncost), return to Saigon. Afternoon is your free time at leisure or own sightseeing/shopping arround the town. Overnight in Saigon. |

| TERMS & CONDITION FOR DOMESTIC TOURS |
 General Rules :
Tourist can enroll His / Her / their name(s) for the Tour by paying a deposit (non-refundable) of INR 2500/- per person For booking of any class in train and / or by air, additional difference amount is required. The difference should also be paid in advance. The balance amount should be paid 15 days prior to the date of departure. If the balance amount is not paid before 15 days, it will be deemed as cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel the Tour, alter the routes, carriers, time-tables, itinerary and accommodation without prior notice.
Tourist travels at their own risk. Neither the Tour operator nor their representatives or staff accept any liabilities or responsibilities for any damage, loss, injury, accident, death etc, during the Tour howsoever it might have caused.
Any increase in Air / Bus Fares should be borne by the passenger only.
The management reserves the right to take all necessary steps including suspending the passengers who creates trouble for the management or to the other fellow passengers.
If due to any reason beyond our control like riots, accidents, flood, political unrest, bandh calls or any natural, or man made calamities, the Tour programme needs to be changed or extended, then the additional expenditure for the same will be borne by the passengers. If any passenger has to leave the Tour mid way due to any reason, then there shall be no refund for the remaining part of the Tour and the expenses for returning back shall also be borne by the passengers only.
If due to any reason beyond our control, we have to cancel some sight seeing places, there shall be no refund for the same. If a Tour is cancelled from our part then the cost and responsibility of organising the new Tour will be of passengers only.
Any complain regarding our services like Hotels, Bus, etc, passengers are advised to inform our office immediately by Phone / Fax so that the same can be re-addressed on the spot, no complains or refund for the same be entertained after completion of the Tour.
Any dispute / claims subject to Thane Jurisdiction.
Any change / additional Govt. Service tax levied must born by the passengers.
Timings mentioned in the itinerary for the Bus / Flight journey are estimated only. There are frequent chances of delay in arrival / departure at destination due to various reasons.
Postponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation and accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.

Railway Arrangements :
- The charges shown in each program do not include any kind of railways fare of either side. Tourists are required to arrange the railway tickets by them selves. The company is not responsible for any problem/s regarding railways Tickets.
- It is necessary to book at least 60 days in advance before the schedule departure of the Tour. We do not accept any responsibilities and liabilities for the railway tickets of the passengers who book with us for less than 60 days from the scheduled departure of the train. If we have to make any alternate arrangement, then the extra cost of making alternate arrangement should be borne by the passengers only.
- If a train is missed for any reason/s or a train is cancelled by the railway authorities, in such cases whatsover alternate arrangements made by the Tour manager will be abide to every Tourist and if any extra amount for making such arrangements is to be paid the same will have to be borne by the Tourist.
- Berth Nos. & Coach Nos. of Railway Tickets are allotted by the computer and therefore passengers have to accept as they are given.
- Every Tourist joining the Tour is requested to keep with him the photo ID proofs of Indian Nationality such as Driving License, Passport, Election / Income tax PAN Card, Post Identity Card etc. during the Tour.
- NO SERVICES & MEALS DURING TRAIN JOURNEY.
- Date of Departure and the duration of the Tour program is mentioned from Mumbai in this literature to facilitate the Tourists to arrange their railway/Air tickets for the Tour journey.
- No Coolie Sarvice.
Transport Arrangements :
- The company will arrange the Non A/C vehicle arrangements to visit the places of sight seeing for one time only.
- No arrangements of vehicle will be made again if the Darshan or the entry time of the visiting place is closed, road blockage or for any reason so far.
- Tourist will have to go by walk to the places nearby of the stay of our hotel and to the place where our bus can not reach. If the Tourist desire to go there by any other vehicle, he / she will have to arrange at their own cost.
- For child independent seat booked will only be provided a separate seat in bus journey
Food Arrangement :
- Morning tea / coffee with breakfast Lunch & Dinner will be served as per convenience during the bus journey. Sweet dish will be served thrice in week. Plates for serving food will be arranged by the company and will be washed and cleaned by the company staff.
- Special Arrangements for Jain Foods.
- The company will not arrange a tea / coffee, lunch or dinner during the Train / Air journey.
- Breakfast, Tea, Lunch Dinner will not be provided in the hotel room.
- Milk powder is being used for the preparation of tea / coffee. and Any Milk Item.
- Evening Tea / Coffee not provide during the journey.
- NO SERVICES & MEALS DURING TRAIN JOURNEY.
Stay Accommodations :
- We have published the names of the Hotels for each Tour, even though we reserve the right to change the same, if the accommodation is not available in the Identified / Specified Hotel for the particular package Tour due to reasons beyond our control. We shall make all our best efforts to shift the passengers to the Hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standards. No refund will be allowed when we have provided alternative / similar accommodation. The rooms shall be allotted as per the check-in time of the respective Hotels, and they shall have to be vacated as per the check-out time of the Hotel.
- Night stay accommodations will be arranged in good hotel and attached toilet bath, Double bed Non A/C room will be provided between two full tickets.
- Family consisting of more than two members will be provided an extra mattresses in their room. For child independent seat booked will only be provided a separate seat in bus journey and separate mattress in the room. Hotel rooms are not very big so maximum one extra bed will be arranged in room.
- Breakfast, Tea, Lunch Dinner will not be provided in the hotel room.
- In Bedri Kedar, Gangotri, Yamunotri, regular Tour, room will be provided between Two / Three / Four passengers will be accommodated in a room.
- Washing of clothes in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Tourists will have to use their own towel / soap etc. in hotel rooms.
- Double Bed Room will be arranged among 4/5 members during the short stay required for bath and fresh up.
- Hotel rooms are booked in advance. As such the same will be provided and vacated as per check in and check out time of the Hotel. Members will have to co-operate accordingly. In case of provision of less number of Rooms by the Hotel management due to any reason, Rooms will be arranged in other Hotel and the members will have to accommodate themselves accordingly and will have to co-operate. No kind of refund will be given by the Tour operator. For any reason if the arrangements of stay are made at the place other than the actually booked, the members will have to accept such arrangements and no kind of any refund will be made by the Tour operator.

Personal Expenses :
- Personal expenses such as Coolie Charges, Ponny, Doli, Kandi, Rope Way, Timber Trail, Golden Beach Entrance charges, Hot Water, Room Heater, A/C. Charges, Airport TAX, Mineral Water etc. are not included in the Tour price and it shall be borne by the PASSENGER/S ONLY.

- During sight seeing we will take the vehicle to certain limit or to the permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers only.
- We are not liable for any kind of refund for any damage caused by any disturbance such as riots, accidents, floods, cyclones, rains, landslides, political unrest, shutdown of India, or any natural or man-made disaster. (Eg .. flight tickets, train tickets, hotel booking, vehicle booking, wastage of days, food, sightseeing, injury and death, theft, robbery etc.)
- Tourists travel at their own risk. The tour operator or their representative or staff will not be responsible in any way for any loss, injury, accident, death etc.
- In any situation if a passenger needs to leave a Tour package midway then no refunds would be given. Any passenger who does provoking activities in the Tour and disturbs the management of the Tour will be excluded from the Tour and no refund would be given for the same.
- We always try to provide excellent services to our beloved passenger. Even though if any passenger has any complain or claim it must be given in writing to our office within 15 days after completion of the tour. No complain or claim will be entertained after such period.
- The seats in the bus are allotted on First come First Serve basis at the time of booking of the tour.
- All disputes / legal claims are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
- Postponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
- There is no REFUND payable for unutilized services during the course of tour. This includes meals, sight seeing, optional tours, hotels, etc.
- Any Govt. Tax levied must be bourne by the passengers only.
- Shree Kanaiya Travels acts as a representative of the passenger to apply Visa on his behalf with all the relevant documents as per the rules of the respective consulates. It is the passenger responsibility to comply with all the requirements of the respective consulates and obtain the Visa. We will not be responsible or liable for any additional expenses incurred due to non - availability of Visa, error in dates of Visa granted or scanned photograph on the Visa. In case of refusal of Visa all cancellation charges will be applicable including the non - refundable booking amount.

- Halong Bay :- Halong Bay is a popular bay which is located in the north of Vietnam. The name of this place i.e. Halong means ''the place of descending dragons'. However in the recent years the popularity of this place has risen to a much greater value.It is a beautiful bay which one can visit in order to enjoy the scenic beauty present all around.Halong Bay is one of the famous regions of Vietnam. This bay is known to be located on the northern side of Vietnam and is also known as the land of the descending dragons. A newspaper in the 18th century reported sighting a dragon on its shore due to which this bay has got this name. This bay is known to contain around 1000 islands some of which are inhabited while some of them have been left vacant. You can easily access most of these islands through ports and you would be mesmerised by the beauty of each island as well as the bay altogether. This bay has been declared as a protected sight by the UNSECO and some parts of this bay are not accesible as development of these areas is underway. You would find numerous toursits at this place during the months of May to August and over the years this has become one of the most loved destinations of the world.

Marble Mountains is a collection of five outcrops topped with atmospheric pagodas, only 15 minutes from the city. Set out in the early morning to take a serene walk up stone steps, explore hidden caves, and admire ancient shrines.
