Our Char Dham packages for senior citizens are built around slower daily distances, ground-floor rooms where possible, oxygen support at Kedarnath and a tour manager + doctor on every group. Plus pure vegetarian / Jain food at every stop.

Tips before booking Char Dham for elderly parents

  1. Get a doctor's fitness certificate, especially for altitude (Kedarnath is 11,755 ft).
  2. Carry diamox (consult doctor) — start 1 day before Kedarnath ascent.
  3. Book early (Feb–Apr) — opening month (May) and Sawan are the busiest.
  4. Pre-arrange e-pass / yatra registration — we do this for you.
  5. Take helicopter to Kedarnath if knees are weak — pony/palki is exhausting for elderly.
